I noticed you are using ourmedia for your podcasts. I started using ourmedia and had a bunch of trouble being able to upload things quickly and easily. I saw a hosting site on another blog and it has been working great. Take a look at www.gcast.com for storage space. Unfortunately you can only upload mp3’s and not video.
