The End is Near….

School

It really is.

June begins this week and exams will be in only a few weeks. But a question looms up in my mind. What are we going to do with all of the "stuff" we’ve created this year? Podcasts, vlogs, and math videos are still getting hits, our wiki is a valuable resource, and of course there are your blogs. What are we going to do with them? Should we just shut them down? Should we leave them open for those who want them?

    Hi, Mr.Fisher. It’s me Greg. I am just commenting on this blog because I am really, really glad that the end of school is near because I won’t have to do this stupid Roman assignment anymore. This is so frustrating because I am the only one that is doing any work. I honestly don’t think that we are going to get it finished because I don’t want to do all of the work and my partner doesn’t even care about anything and all he does is fool around.

    Hey mr.fisher.
    I think that you should keep everything open, becasue next year we can go there and show people how succesful we were and still are at work in grade 8. I think you should leave the blogs open to!! they are fun and if somebody moves… then we can stay in touch!!

    Hey mr.fisher is me Jordan I think we should keep the blogs because they are cool and they give me a good exuce to go on the computer at home.

    Heyy Mr. Fisher I think we should leave everything up. Like my blog I use that a lot. I want to keep that open. It’s sort of like an online diary so you keep your thoughts there. Also you can get people to help you when you need it because it’s open to the public. We should leave our videos up because next year the grade 8 might need to learn how to do math and that’ll help them. Plus our videos are still being watched so we should leave them up. Our wiki we should leave up too. Other people might need it to learn about things and again the grade 8’s next year can use it. They can also add on to it. So I think you should leave everything up and running. Espcially the BLOGS! :) or else I’ll cry. :P Bye for now.

    Hi Mr.Fisher! :)
    Nikita and I think that we should keep the vlogs, podcasts, and math videos open, as well as the blogs, that is for the people who want to keep them. You can keep the Wiki, but we think you should open a new one for the new units we will be doing next year in class. The people who keep their blogs, what will they write about during the summer, besides their vacation? Some people just want to keep their blogs to write about school next year. Will they be able to do this?

    Hey, Mr. Fisher

    I think we should keep them up because I think I might write posts on my blog through out the summer but I would like to know how to get rid of it just in case I don’t write. Plus arn’t the people from other places already done their break so then when were on our break they’ll still probley want people to comment on their blogs and the’ll still want poeples blogs to comment on. Also I think people will still want to see our videos and hear pur Podcasts if they stil are going to look at them.

    We want to close the blogs but we want to keep the math videos and podcast/vlogs online. I think that if the videos and podcasts are still getting hits we should leave them. If we want to show someone then we can. Thats why we wanna keep them there. We want to get rid of the blogs cause we dont like em.

    G’Day, Mr. Fisher……
    How’s it going? Wellllll my opinion is that it’s awesome that school is ending. :) I get to play now on my computer. And at the beach. And with my friends. :) Well, more than I already do, that is. And school won’t bug me for two whole months!!! (or however long summer break is.) But anyhoo, I think I should probably get to the part about blogs, etc. Well of course our math videos, podcasts/vlogs, etc. should stay up. If people are still looking at them, I mean we should leave them there for them; just because we’re not in the same grade doesn’t mean we should take them down. And the blogs…hmm….I’m not sure. Right now I want to keep it to write in, but when summer comes…when you think about it, how offenly am I actually going to write in it? So I think I will keep my blog, because next year I’m with you again…and I could just re-use it. When next year comes and goes, I might get rid of it then. But for now, I think we should keep them.

    I am really wondering about this too. I am not sure if what we are going to do with the wikis, podcasts and math videos. If people are still going to them and we still get hits, then maybe more people will too. Personally, I want to shut down my blog and start a fresh new one. I also think that we should keep out wiki’s, podcats and math videos out on the internet. If we did all the hard work on them, why shut them down? There are sooo many new people that could still go to them and I garuntee that not everyone has seen them. Maybe we should keep them available to the public to show the work we’ve done this year. I think that we have accomplished a lot and I want everyone to know that as well (well not everyone, that would be impossible but you know what I mean). Anyways that is my opinion about this.

    Hello Mr. Fisher! I am excited that the school year is coing to an end. :P I have had alot of fun this year learning new things this year on the computer. Vlogs/podcast, math videos, blogs, ect. They are all very interestiing things and i think we should still keep them running. I know i wanna keep writing in my blog over the summer about how my summer is going and what i have done. I like my blog and hope we get to keep them! :mrgreen:

    Hi…I actually do want to keep my blog open. I would like to keep in touch with the other in our class over our blogs. I would especially like to know how the people that are moving how they are making out in thier knew towns. I would also like to know what everyone else did during their summer.

    Hey There Mr. Fisher,

    I think that if we want to keep our blogs open, we should be able to and vice versa. If we want to keep it open, but know that we aren’t going to write on it I don’t think we should leave it open, because it would be a waste of space if it isn’t going to be used anymore. If we know we are going to use it, we should be able to leave it open..and if we are going to write things that we don’t want posted on a school website or anything we should just make our own new blog..we have done it before! I think that we should leave our vlogs, podcasts, math videos and wikis on the internet so they can continue to recieve hits and our wiki can help people out..:)

    Hey Mr. Fisher,
    Well first of all I think that it is going to be a great summer and I am so excited to go to B.C. Well anyways I think that we should be able to keep these. If some people don’t want theirs then they don’t have to keep it but if you do then keep it, write on it and be appropriate. I was just starting to get into this and I really want to keep it. I think that it would be great to see what everyone says about his or her summer vacation.
    We did all that work and if you get rid of it we have nothing to show for it except our marks and other people really like to talk to people around the world. Well I think that we should keep that and that’s the end of that.

    heyy, I think that we should keep our blogs, podcasts and vlogs open. I saw we keep our wiki open, and I HIGHLY doubt that people are gonnna work on it during the summer, but it is there for people who need it. Our blogs I think that the people who want them can keep them open because a lot of people are going to our blogs these days, and I REALLY enjoy blogging!! Our podcasts and Vlogs, well I say they stay open too because it doens’t cost money for them to be there, and people like to see them
